Do I need a Visa to enter Uzbekistan?

In general all foreign nationals are required to obtain a visa to enter Uzbekistan. The general visa requirements are not applicable to the following individuals: Nationals of the CIS (except nationals of Turkmenistan, who do require a visa);

Austria - Belgium - Germany - Italy - France - Japan - Spain
