Uzbekistan Climate

Uzbekistan's climate is classified as continental, because of the situation of the country summers are very hot and winters are cool, but when it winds it is unbearably cold, especially in flat regions. The summer temperatures sometimes rise up to 50 - 55°C, but average temperature is about 40°C. The average winter temperature is about -15°C, but may fall as low as -40°C in some regions of the country.
Most of the country also is quite arid, with average annual rainfall amounting to between 100 and 200 millimeters and occurring mostly in winter and spring. Between July and September, little precipitation falls, essentially stopping the growth of vegetation during that period.

Uzbekistan National Cuisine

One of the most popular dish in Uzbekistan is Pilov, in Uzbek "Osh".

Uzbekistan barbeque is called "Shashlik", to make Shashlik in Uzbekistan, as well as in other countries, we use mutton, onion, sometimes garlic, salt, spices. It will have delicious taste if prepare it on the coals of Saksaul.

Local bread is called "Non" in Russian "Lepyoshka".

Car rental

The driving license is issued to the people who are of age 18 or older and finished driving course.

Like in many countries the wheel of cars is on the left side.

Speeds limit maximum 70 km/h in urban areas, maximum 90 km/h on highways. Car rental without driver is not spread in Uzbekistan the best choice is to hire a car with a driver.
